[NSRCA-dist8] D8 discussion list

I'm contacting all the D8 members either by the D8 list, or private email to let them know the 
address has changed....  I talked to a few last night that also didn't realize it and couldn't figure
out why their messages weren't doing anything...  lol
Got it solved!
