[NSRCA-dist8] Soft Mount

My fault. I am the administrator/webmaster for Tri-City R/C Modelers 
(TCRCM).  When I answered, I was on that account, and forgot to switch 
to my "normal" moniker-- rcsteve at tcrcm.org.
