in the future, it will now be even harder for people of more limited means to compete for the District Champs. How does that make it a "level playing field" for them?</div>

in to pattern. I'm also lucky to have good friends that help me attend contests. Otherwise I could only go to contests that I run or I can return home easily to stay the night. </div>
