[NSRCA-dist7] 2022 OCMA Woodward Memorial Pattern Challenge

Apparently many of the registration links were broken during the recent update to the website.  I’ve passed the info on to Derek K. (volunteer webmaster) to see if it’s a systemic problem (on the other District’s registration pages as well).

In the mean time I repaired the Registration link for the OCMA contest so people can register to help Steve out.  I’ll fix the other broken links when I get home tomorrow.
