[NSRCA-dist7] OCMA Contest Postponed

 Hi everyone,
Looks like we will have to postpone the OCMA contest until a later date. We
still do not have county approval to hold the event on May 1 event and it
will not be able to move forward as we had hoped. It looks like we are
getting closer to being allowed to have an event at the field, but not
quite yet. I'll keep everyone posted as to a potential re-schedule date.
