O.K. Guys

John’s Desert Pattern Challenge contest is right around the corner. The EVA
club has reconstructed the field. The field was regraded and the top 6 in.
layer was mixed with a bonding chemical similar to Elmer’s glue. I think
the name’s called liquid snot. Yep, Liquid Snot. After all grading and
leveling a second coat of liquid snot was applied for a top coat. I went to
the field yesterday to get an up close look. Mmmm, I was impressed. The
field is perfectly flat with no cracks from water runoffs. There’s no
stones or lose pebbles to be found anywhere. The field is now like asphalt.
My takeoffs and landings didn’t raise any dust. If you had any past
reservations about this field, rest assured you will love this new field.
