[NSRCA-dist7] OCMA contest registration

Hi Guys,

We need everyone that is considering coming to the OCMA contest to
pre-register on the NSRCA website.  I would like to get some prelim
attendance numbers before the OCMA board meeting Tuesday so we can plan
food and extra help as needed.  Right now, only 4 people have
pre-registered.  It is only two weeks away.

Please register as soon as you possibly can, even if you are not 100% sure
you can make it.
