[NSRCA-dist7] 2nd Annual Bakersfield Pattern Bash registration

Have to blame the city of walnut creek here in Cali. They have nothing on
their machine that showed I called in for a inspection on Friday for today.
May have to work Friday. And seeing as we fly on Friday, prolly not gonna
make it.
