[NSRCA-dist7] FAI in D7 for 2012

Have you seen RCFlightDeck.com?  Looks like a great way to publicize
contests (probably not all that necessary since pattern flyers know to
check PatternFlying.com) and, most importantly, to allow online
registration with payment by paypal (charge extra to cover Paypal fees).
 Could help with avoiding Saturday surprises.
