That's great that you will be coming to the contest - unfortunately there 
will be training going on at Mira Mar that week so we cannot practice on 
Friday.  Some of the guys will be flying at the Riverside field on Friday 
instead (it is about an hour and a half North of Mira Mar).  If you are 
interested - let me know and I will send you directions.  As far as hotels 
go - I am forwarding your question to the President of the Mira Mar club to 
see if he has any ideas - I am not from the area.
