[NSRCA-dist7] Rule proposals

All of the rule proposals are now online on the AMA website.  I know that we've discussed a number of these at the AMA Expo in January - thank you for the great feedback that I received from everyone that attended.  For those that did not attend, I would appreciate it if you could review those proposals that are online and let me know how you feel I should vote on each proposal. 



All the proposals that are in my name are not mine personally - they are on behalf of the NSRCA - I just happened to be the one that submitted the form to the AMA.
