[NSRCA-dist7] Contest conflicts

Just looking over contests for the year and wondering why Arvin is being held the same weekend as Richmond. Richmond is held around that time every year depending on weather if I remember correctly.. I hate to miss Arvin because of this situation. I really like flying there. Bummer to have the lower turnout at Arvin because of this because I'm sure many from the north would travel there.. 

Are these dates correct?
