[NSRCA-dist7] FAI Maneuver 1

For those that don't know, Derek received an email from Bob Skinner,
defining the 2 of 4 as NO STRAIGHT INVERTED flight after the knife edge.
This WAS NOT done at the Nats, but will be defined like this from here on. 
 
Now, this is my understanding, so please check for yourself, and let us all
know if you find something else different...
