Quinn, Anthony Avalone (anthonymd2 at sbcglobal.net) Had an AJ Acuity that he was looking to move.  This was a few weeks ago and the airplane had a couple of issues (in the landing gear mount area, I believe), but it might be worth contacting him to see if it suits your needs and is in your price range.
Anthony is from the Cleveland area but is now living in Michigan.  You might persuade him to meet you halfway.
Mark might be able to help you with the gear fix.
