[NSRCA-dist4] New contest

Guys, I have another contest to add to the schedule. 

Dave Johnstone's club will be sponsoring a contest July 8 and 9 at their field in Hebron, Kentucky (across the river from Cincinnati). 
We've flown there before but they've added a geofabric runway since then. 
This is the date that had been pencilled in for the Nats before it was decided to move them to Arkansas later in the month.
