Bill,

With scheduling conflicts I was unable to grab a weekend this year with our club in Quincy. I am however planning on having a post season pattern bash towards the end of September, or early October. This will be an I invite everyone and who shows up, shows up type of gathering. I plan on making it a one day event at this point in time. I would like to include some sort of contest within the day and pass out a few prizes.  More than likely sinse I will be doing the event on my dime, I am going to send out a note around the end of Augest to see how many people may be interested in attending. I don't want spend a lot out of my pocket until I have an idea of the possible turnout.
