[NSRCA-dist4] Judging Seminar

I have never been to a judging seminar and I think it would be a good idea  Jim.

Anybody planning a judging seminar for the new rules this year? Bob Kane did such an excellent job last time. He'd be a tough act to follow. In fact, doesn't make any sense to replace him.
