D2 Members:








   An email that went out to all D1 members a few minutes ago is shown below.  I too have had similar thoughts over the past year or so, and since the issue is before our 'sister district', I would like to pose the same question to you. 










 How would we like to have Maryland, and/or Delaware rejoin District 2?  










Please feel at liberty to share your thoughts, but try and include a difinitive statement "Yes" or "No" to both states.  I for one would love to have both, so here's my position:










Maryland - Yes



Delaware - Yes










Any other comments are welcome as well, so don't hesitate to share you thoughts; just keep the audience in mind.  You can respond to me only, or include the whole group - that's up to you



I'll keep your responses compiled, and share them on 10/24.

D1 members:





   Several years ago, Delaware and Maryland was changed from district 2 


to district 1.  I'm not certain that was a correct location at least for 


Maryland, or possibly Delaware.  Some folks in District 1 have suggested 


to change at least Maryland, possibly Delaware back to D2.  I'd like to 


get feedback from our D1 district to validate keeping either state (or 


both) within our district, or to transition one or both back to D2.  


Please consider your response as a vote in the direction of your 


preference.  Also let me know if you need more than 2 weeks from today, 


10/9/17, to respond (targeting 10/23/17 as the close-out date for this 


fact-finding effort).
