Based on the activity levels currently going on in the MD, Va, <br>DC area it would make sense to return Delaware(no activity) and <br>MD(increased activity) back to its original districting, D2.<br><br>For the most part the bulk of pattern activity in our district is in NJ, <br>NY and eastern PA. New England area is dead for all practical purposes <br>and really only has one truly active flying pilot in the district. I <br>doubt New England will ever recover. When I started flying pattern, I <br>believe our district was among the top 3 largest districts when it came <br>to NSRCA membership. It was over 100. I think the one thing lacking from <br>NSRCA is promoting membership in the NSRCA at local contests.<br><br>And the NSRCA as an organization has really pissed me off on the <br>sequence development. I've been a member since the late 1980's. I'm <br>digging real deep to really justify why I should continue membership and <br>to some extent competing.
