<p>I'll try a few simple tests and may end up throwing it on the serial bus analyzer to see what's up with it all. I just didn't want to spend time on it, I was hoping to start putting my Allure together instead of reverse engineering JR stuff again. The
thing is, if the MP servos don't store settings, and if certain behaviors like slow startup can be controlled via XBus, that seems to imply that there is a brief PWM "handshake" prior to commencement of normal operation to change those settings. I'm guessing
that there is no capability at all to change settings in the MP's, stored or not.</p>

remains whether they are used with XBus or PWM.</span></p>

is programming the XBUS device that the servo connects to. In other words, the servo itself doesn't store any settings. Is that correct?</span></p>

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; color:black">Ed, I'm not a JR guy but I'm pretty sure you do it in the servo screen of an XG radio. I believe for the radio to configure the servo, the servo has to be in the XBUS of the receiver.
