[NSRCA-dist1] D1 BCAM Kutztown, PA contest cancelled for 5/18/24

Just in case you haven't heard, several of us reviewed the weather
forecasted for tomorrow at the BCAM Kutztown, PA contest site is projected
to be crappy drizzling on/off rain, possibly foggy, and most likely with a
low cloud ceiling on top of that: we've elected to cancel this event for
tomorrow.

            Keep posted, as we'll attempt to reschedule this event later
this season.
