[NSRCA-dist1] NSRCA Bylaw Changes' Vote

NSRCA D1 members are reminded to vote on the proposed bylaws changes in 
March 2021 on the NSRCA web site. After logging in, go to the voting 
link in the top menu. This vote is for adding missing but obvious 
District VP responsibilities in order for District VPs to properly 
represent their district.
Until now, there were no explicit District VP responsibilities 
identified: it was up to each district VP to determine what that person 
needed to do as a District VP. This proposal identifies what appears to 
be the obvious functions of a District VP.
While the word "district" is missing from several of the cafeteria's, 
that is the intent and is implied as part of "District VP 
responsibilities". In my opinion, adding the word "district" may be 
needed for clarification purposes while not changing the intent of this 
vote.
