[NSRCA-dist1] D1 contest dates swapped in 2019

The 2019 D1 contest schedule has some recent changes: HVRC and Sky 
Chief's contests have swapped dates. Sky Chief's contest will now be 
held on June 15-16, 2019, and the HVRC contest will now be held on June 
1, 2019
