[NSRCA-dist1] Best Out of District Contest

If you want your best out of district(adjacent) placing to count towards 
the district championship you must  send  an email to me with your 
placing and total contestants in each class.

It may make a difference in the final out come for one or two of the 
classes.

Remember if you place first and there are at least 5 contestants in your 
class, you get a bonus point.
