a shipping charge of $10 with a note that the shipping could be more or less. The transaction confirmation sent email showed the same. When I got the bill it was for 107.75 and shipping was 22.88. I checked Priority Mail from USPS and it showed 8.85. They
sent it UPS at the higher price with slower delivery.</span></p>
