<div dir="ltr">I used this Jeti switch and the Mezon 90L and had a dangerous incident that seems to be related to Andrew's post.<div>I tend to grap hold of the magnetic key as I approach the plane after a flight. I usually unplug the main battery power via the external plug.</div><div>This day I instead first applied the magnetic key to turn the Rx off. Motor came to life (lower power, about 2sec) Fortunately I didn't have body parts in the props and grabbed the plane before it rotated into me. I did replicate the occurrence, but only once in several tries.</div><div>So, beware! <div><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:12pt;color:rgb(0,0,0)">I used Xavier's setup on my original Allure with a Jeti 130 Lite for about 1100 flights with no problem. I turned on the backup first to test the controls and then
connected the flight packs. I now have no idea why this worked flawlessly because on my current Allure, with a Jeti 130 Lite, I could not get this setup to work at all. Very strange. Ed Alt from TechAero wired up a diode for me and it now works beautifully.
You will need to increase the output of the BEC by about .7 volts to achieve the desired voltage at the ESC.<br>
