were also second to none. At the time, I'm pretty sure that not too
many of the contestants expressed their appreciation for your efforts but I
want to take this opportunity to tell you that your work was really, truly appreciated.

while I'm concentrating on the next round. I'm on the lower sites, so for
the past couple of years, Monte has been our Chief, and done an outstanding job
of keeping us happy. Hats off sir. And Mike gave us a new venue at <st1:City
w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Blytheville</st1:place></st1:City>, which I
really am looking forward to returning to, if it's the choice for next
year. Nice long horizons and paved runways. It's a really good
site, and Mike gave us a very profitable event, one worthy of repeating.
Al also kept things cool, calm and collected. I watched a guy literally
screaming at him over some judging issue once, and he stood there and took it
all. Peter; all I can say is he has the fastest car on the planet.</span></font><font

was a recent article published in the September KFactor that was a very
negative view point of the last 2 National events. I fell that like opposing
political views are awarded equal time, therefore we should show any positive
aspects of the last 2 National events with equal time. Please submit any
positive views of your experiences from either of the last 2 Nationals on this
discussion board. While we may not be perfect and have never held ourselves out
as such, the people who volunteered and worked very hard to put on these events
deserve to hear the positive view points, especially if they are to be

organizers and staff did a remarkable job of trying to make them both as
pleasurable as possible. I totally appreciate the volunteers who traveled so
far from home to show up and work diligently, and tirelessly in the heat each
day to help put on the events. Without them there would probably not be a
Nationals as the cost to hire people to professionally plan and perform all
these duties would be high. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
