Just like inverted entries and exits, it’s less natural to push, and therefore more difficult and uncomfortable for an inexperienced flyer. Once you are comfortable, then they are equal in difficulty. The main issue is that an under or over snap will
leave you in an unusual, but mostly inverted orientation, which is more precarious for the less experienced since the natural instinct will be to “pull”.
