If the website is contained on premise and then sent through their Exchange server internally, it is unlikely that your information is in jeopardy. There are still a ton of variables there that are unknown and typically, email is not secure at all. Before
jumping down their throat, I'd ask what the path of that submission is. Like I said, there is a possibility the information is safe but as a rule, this is not smart.</div>

Additionally, there are different levels of TLS certificates.</div>
