I learned on my own to program in BASIC, Pascal, FORTRAN, Unix, and assembler -- I think that's all. I used Unix and assembler on autonomous robots at Oak Ridge Nat'l Lab and won an award for the Lab, so I wasn't just piddling around. My first computer radio was a Futaba.
