What we have seen anecdotally is that the bad actors generally are not giving much thought to what they are doing with their drones, or how they go about doing it. Sure in the future some of the baddest actors may go to great lengths to do so by making use of one of our good names, but registered or not, they can just use your good name today as an AMA member. The burden of proof will be on others to make the frame stick; the more I write this, the more far-fetched it seems that one of us would be implicated this way. We have much bigger problems to solve that are closer at hand.
