Although change in resistance can help tell you the cells are
getting older the actual number will vary with which charger you are
measuring it with. If you have a logger (Eagle Tree, Castle ESC you
can look at early flights vs now as far as power is concerned. <br>
Only way that really matters though is in flight. If you feel power
is lacking on some maneuvers or at the end of the flight then it
probably is. If you are a "frequent flyer" you may run out of
cycles on the pack. If you are a once a week flyer in the Northeast
then you may run out of life span before cycles. I have read that
most lithium poly packs will lose about 20% of their power by 2
years old just from aging. <br>
Are the newer packs better in this regard??? Will they last longer
if you put them at storage voltage in the fridge after each flying
session????<br>
