Returning to a position close to the original can lead to missed or extra advances to the "next" maneuver. So the sensitivity request is really two sensitivities. One for how much change determines a "next" event and another for what is considered a successful return to neutral pose. Possibly consider resetting the neutral orientation every time it successfully returns to neutral so the delta for a change event is always measured from "zero"
