TP is for Thunder Power, PQ (Polyquest) and then KO (Koyosho). I don't think I've ever used the KO but have used the other 3. Sorry for the confusion.</div>

From 4 and up, I don't see wires crossing on the adapters or extensions I currently have. I would like to reduce the number of connections I have and it looks like I can use the PQ board or GP board with just a 12 inch JST-XH extension to go from those boards to the balance plug of a Zippy Battery. <div>

The difference is what type of balance boards for your charger that you have. The most common are the JST which some chargers accept without the need for an "adapter" aka balance board like the Cellpro 10S/XP use. GP is used by Thunder Power for example and PQ (Polyquest) is used by Hyperion, Power Unlimited, and a few others. Hobbyking batteries mostly use the JST. You must be very careful as each connection type typically has a different wiring method to the leads as well, meaning the positive and the ground wires for each cell are in a different location. They are not all the same. Almost all chargers offer an "adapter" to fit the type of connection(s) that your battery has.</div>
