<div dir="ltr">Preregistration is open to any CD that wants to use it on the <a href="http://nsrca.us">nsrca.us</a> contest page... it has to be selected when adding the event (or done afterwards). We use the preregistration option all the time here in D7.</div>

You can look at the contest schedule, as well as preregister for a contest and look to see who else will be there. I believe this was developed by D-3's Ken Blackwell (<a href="mailto:kblackw@roadrunner.com">kblackw@roadrunner.com</a>) from Enterprise, AL.<br>
