<div><font style="background-color: transparent;" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">The 2013-2014 judging certification tests and materials are now on the NSRCA website, thanks to our Judging Committee.&nbsp; Certification is free for NSRCA members.&nbsp; You will need to be certified if you plan to fly at the Nats, but I highly recommend getting certified just as a refresher even if you are not planning to attend.&nbsp; </font></div>

<div>If you were certified last year for FAI, you do not need to recertify this year.&nbsp; But if you did not certify last year, and there is any chance that you will be judging FAI at the Nats, you need to certify/re-certify.</div>
