2013-2014 judging certification tests and materials are now on the NSRCA
website, thanks to our Judging Committee. Certification is free for NSRCA
members. You will need to be certified if you plan to fly at the Nats,
but I highly recommend getting certified just as a refresher even if you are
not planning to attend. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
