<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal>In 2010 nominations were taken, but I have no knowledge of a nominating committee. The President asked in several issues of the KFactor for volunteers to run for the various offices. </P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal>In 2010 Ballots were sent out since the previous Executive Officers had all termed out.</P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal>For 2012 the Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer opted to serve a second term. The only Executive Office open was that of President. When Jon Carter volunteered to run for President I didn’t think it would be efficacious to take the time of a committee to fill this one position. </P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal>Judging from the past 10 years, there is only one person nominated for each position. So I take personal responsibility for not appointing a committee to search for further nominations.</P>
