learned quite a bit in the process. It really depends on the size of hole
you are planning to make. My boxes have 3 inch holes for cooling
air. Each has an 80mm cooling fan, screen and grill. Fans are
aligned for flow-through cooling. I use a hole saw and built a jig to
securely hold the box while drilling/cutting.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The biggest surprise with most "aluminum" cases is
they are really heavy cardboard cases with heavy aluminum foil cutting.
When I first tried a hole safe, it grabbed and almost destroyed the case!
