<div>The AMA schedules change on the even numbered years. The FAI
schedules change on the odd numbered years. This means anyone who wants to
judge FAI needs to take some form of a test every year.</div>

<div>A CD's job is tough enough without having to worry that some Masters and
Advanced pilots are not "qualified" to judge FAI.</div>
