Yes, I should have been more timely in generating a committee to submit rules proposals to AMA sooner. I did not. At a January Board meeting we identified 4 rules proposals our members were discussing. Graciously, Scott McHarg volunteered to chair a rules proposal committee. Quickly John Gayer and Jon Carter volunteered as well. I asked Scott to find a few other NSRCA members to serve as committee members.</div><div style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-left: 0in; "><o:p> </o:p></div><div style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-left: 0in; ">As Joe Lachowski pointed out there wasn’t much time to do justice to rules proposal considerations.
