They have instructions for storing lipo batteries. Basically, the storage includes discharging to 50% capacity. Unless you have a direct short to the leads, it’s highly unlikely a pack would ignite. The danger point on lipo batteries comes when they are over-charged, over-discharged, or shorted out.
