Hi Ed,

Change to insensitive and it will never happen again. The way it
was explained to me was that the controller only needed to see 1
(millisecond?) of 100 and it shuts down where an insensitive setting
would require a sustained reading of 100 to shut down. On a fast
throttle up it certainly is possible to get a little spike and
activate the cutoff. Your setup depending on the batteries should be
about 80-85 amps peak static.
Enjoy that plane!
have it set on the ground for about 65 amps WOT. According to
the logger I'm exceeding 100 amps in the air and triggering the
current cutoff. I can hear the cutoff operate in the air. But
I do not get an error code. Firmware is the latest.

Should I just expect peaks over 100 amps? and set the current
limiting to insensitive? Or is there something else I need to
look for? Also, although PWM is set to 8 KHz, I also tried
OUTRUNNER and got pretty much the same result, a little less
hitting the cutoff.
thanks,
