Full throttle stick position is low throttle, just reverse the
direction of the channel on the transmitter. I think I have had to do
that every time on Futaba transmitters.<br>

<div>Take the Prop off!!! The motor will spin harmlessly until you
get everything worked out. You can reverse the motor easier by swapping
any two motor wires with the ESC. <br>

the correct rotation. The really BAD part of this is that when I
turned off my transmitter (stupidly before unplugging the battery) the
motor went to full power instantly, until the dead mans switch (which I
debated installing due to "unnecessary" weight) paid for itself. No
harm done except my heart rate is not yet at normal.</font></div>
