I bought a set of Zippy's last fall when they were ridiculously expensive at $51 a pack or something like that. One of the packs on my Cellpro showed IR on one cell only at about 6-7 m-ohms and the others were under 4. At the time their rule was you had 30 days. I emailed them within the 30 day period. They promptly emailed me back with an RMA number and instructions to return the pack. I sent the pack back (USPO cost about $16) and didn't hear anything from them for over a month. Then I get an email from them that they've shipped my order with the usual tracking information (I hadn't placed an order). Within about 3 weeks I had a new pack in my hands with 5 good IR readings.<br><br>Haven't seen a lot to complain about.
