All of the suggestions are good but there are some malware programs out
there that really suck. They prevent you from even going to the spybot
website, prevent you from running the programs even in safe mode
either. If you have one that bad it will likely take several days of
talking to an expert in one of the malware forums. They will give you
directions and ask for a post back. Then another step etc. Often
takes several days to go get it done due to the time lapse in
responding to you. I had to access the forum from my computer in order
to fix my daughters.<br>

<div>Jason, I had a similar problem last week. I used "Malwarebytes'
Anti-Malware" (Free on the Web), which eliminated 90% of the problem
then I was able to use Symantic Antivirus to get rid of the last 10%.
It took several hour to get back to normal.</div>
