<DIV>The main thing is to get the fuel out of the carb, it can dry out, create a varnish, and clog things up. Some engines are more susceptible than others, and I don't have any experience with the Honda. I have a really old Homelite that I have to remove the carb and clean it every couple of years, the jet gradually varnishes up over time, and I have to run it with the choke partially closed when that happens. OTOH, I have a Coleman generator with a Tecumseh engine that I have never had to do anything (other than buy earplugs every season - that sucker will wake the dead).</DIV>
