One judge was marking a noise penalty due to a misinterpretation in
language. He thought he was marking that the plane was quiet - it has
been corrected. The way the noise penalty is done is that a majority of
judges need to mark the noise box and then a penalty of 10 points is applied
per judge. So on a 5 judge panel, 3 out of 5 need to mark the noise box.<br>
