At least you got it back, did the same thing with my T-Rex 600. I
"always" put a charged pack in after a flight. Well I guess almost
always. 2 minutes into a flight which seemed a little low on power did
a stationary flip at about 20 feet, no more power and fell to the
ground still inverted :) Did a good bit of damage.<br>

While we're telling stories on ourselves I did similar this weekend.<br>
The Peoria contest was my first with the new electric pattern plane.
We had a rain delay<br>
on Saturday and planned to catch up on Sunday, which we did thanks to
Bob Wilson.<br>
Anyway, I flew 2 rounds early Sunday then didn't expect to fly again
until the afternoon.<br>
I was thinking I wanted to put a charged pack in the plane right away
so I'd have one less thing<br>
to do in case I got in a hurry.<br>
Well... I didn't. But I thought I had! :-(<br>
Result was I barely limped back after aborting the reverse cuban in the
Advanced sequence.<br>
I was lucky!<br>
By the way...<br>
I REALLY like the "E" plane!!!<br>

I was considering the Creswell contest so I need to get this done
quick. Maybe covering would be quicker. <br>

Anyone know any cheaper PPG resources other than Radio South (no
offense Tony, you have always given me perfect paint and service) ? Did
the prices go up ( and I can understand with the epa stuff going on) in
the last several years? I don't remember them being so high to paint my
last one a few years back. With 8-10 colors and clear , I'm guessing it
would cost me a fortune to paint this. Any ideas are appreciated!<br>
