Hobbies, and a large investor in JR, hard to believe that he would be interested
in promoting Futaba. As a long time resident of Las Vegas, and a constant
attendee of the TOC, I can't recall ever seeing a prize table, per se. Not
to say it didn't exist, but it wasn't obvious enough to attract my
attention. Perhaps Mr. Bennett figured that the $4500 minimum show-up
money was enough incentive.</FONT></DIV>

I could be wrong, but I'm thinking Futaba gave two radios with gobs of servos
to many of the invitees--and I'm fairly sure Futaba was on the podium
with most of the winners most of the time. Somebody correct me if I'm

MZ (was going to do it a couple years sooner--but I didn't know how my back
problems were going to work out) and the more I mess with it, the more I
think I'm going to like it--a little intimidating at first....not so bad

at the time. Obviously they make excellent radios now and are well
